Workout while insomniac is very hard. Good job and rest on the weekend!

Good job exercising without having much sleep. That's a feat in itself

Great job working out while tired! That's always super hard for me. Self care is also so important. Awesome to read you taking care!

          Thank you Laguiri, lofivelcro, JCU.
To be honest the lack of sleep is the minor problem compared to the accompanying mindfuckery. At least in that night. I'm working on that but i tend to relapse to freak mode a lot. Anyway, feeling better now.

          So, today…
          10 min Morning Yoga Stretch
          Meditation 10 min
Steps: 17K - finally a walk in the woods again
Arms of Steel Day 21 - still one day behind as i postponed Day 20
YWA-CULTIVATE Day 27 - have to shuffle the days around as i was not ready for the Day 21 session today

…and i did go to the office and was reasonably productive. So i'm pleased with the day, which was a warm and sunny one too.

Steps: 6K - at least a little evening walk after it was pouring most of the day

            …overall a lazy sunday

The week started busy and workload is going to increase from here. It's going to be interesting how i'll keep up the workout streak, especially as i will be away for production, usually with only some hours for sleep spent in a hotel room besides work. I look forward to be on the road again, more or less first time in almost two years, but i know it's usually next to impossible to squeeze in a workout. Let's see. I'm keen on following the Pathfinder program then.

Have a good start into the week.

                    Fingers crossed for your streak!
And hey there are all those seated/office/while working workouts, maybe you will sneak a workout at work so you will be working while working out ( and the other way around)

I feel exhausted. I messed up with someone i like and now i don't know what to do. I feel sorry for overreacting but i'm also mad and sad for being ignored and/or not understood.

I hope you work it out, maybe sleeping on it will help you bkth to cool off and tomorrow it will bs easier to talk
And on a different topic - great job on keeping the streak on such busy days and so much to do

I'm famous for messing up with people, and what stuck with me was my mentor during apprenticeship who (literally) grabbed me by the back of the neck and shook me like a dog. Told me 'if you feel bad, try to talk to the person. chances are, they feel bad too and someone has to be the first'. Or at least that was the gist of it. Maybe trying to reach out would be an idea? It's not easy being the first to 'relent', but sometimes it helps. But you probably know that already.
Anyway, many words to say: I hope it works out and you two can reconcile.
                              Sorry for rambling.
