The Easy Abs challenge was exactly that, very easy but perfect to keep me going. It's winter after all and i struggle to find energy.
I can tell i am glad when the squats challenge is finished. Along with Ironheart and yoga it really challenges my legs. What needs more attention are my arms, that's why i chose triceps dips next. I'm not a fan of dips but i'd better become one. Let's see what the challenge can do for me.
So, the first month of 2022 is done and i didn't miss one day of exercise. I've an excel sheet with some statistics and just found out that i had 100 consecutive days of exercise yesterday and a total of 171 days of exercise since August 1, 2021 when i joined the Hive. 13 days i missed. That's not too bad and besides the fact that i feel very low on energy due to winter, at least my mood is not too shabby. It was a lot worse the last two or three winters, so i guess that's progress. I dare to being cautiously optimistic…
