I have no idea what this spots are, they look like it's burnt in but it's beautiful and eye-catching nonetheless.
I took almost the same route today and it was actually sunny and quite warm but i didn't take any pics. The weather is disturbingly off for the season but i get an energy boost with every degree more on the warmer side, so i enjoy it anyway.
I liked Fit December, nice and easy and the hall passes make it perfect for a usually busy december. I used 5 of them.
So we finally reached the end of this year 2021 which often felt like a poor sequel of 2020. But then it was not that bad either. I joined the hive and i am quite happy about it. All of you make this a really great place and it helped me a lot with reaching my goal of establishing a continuous fitness routine. I didn't challenge myself too much but i kept going, even abroad and when i didn't want to. I consider this a success.
I start 2022 with a little trip to a friend for a few days. It's going to be a short night and i hope i'll catch the train tomorrow morning. I hope i can maintain the streak with the challenges i've just started. Then i have a full year ahead and i thought a bit about goals. What i came up with are basically all old goals i just never reached, so i set them for 2022 here and now:
By the end of 2022 (latest) i'm able to
- do proper push-ups
- run 5K
- reach normal weight
I'm not going to make a plan how to reach those now. I'll just make it possible. It's enough time.
