Hm, what to tell about the challenge. I chose it because it's easy and an improved posture is always welcome. The numbers of repetitions increase quite a bit over time but it does not get boring. It's probably always good to do some movements that "unfold" the body in some way and for this it's good. I don't know if it did much for my actual posture but i think i keep incorporating some bends and micro extensions throughout the day just because they feel good. It was rather good for incorporating a new habit than it was a challenge in the sense of the word.
