    So, Foundation it is. That's the program i started at least three to five times in the past and never finished it. This was long before i actively joined The Hive. I do not particularly like this program but it keeps crossing my mind, so i do it now, more or less to get it out of the way. And to finish it for once! I thought about aiming for a certain level, but i don't want to. I'll do whatever suits a given day, no extra hurdle for this one.

      Good luck with Foundation. I have to admit, it was my go-to program whenever I needed to get back into the habit. At one point, you're probably fit enough to breeze through it. Like you did today.

          The cross training was really tough today, Tabata style. I decided it's enough for today. That was a good training. I'm looking forward to the weekend, will see friends i have not met in a while and several fun activities are planned. I'm not sure yet how to fit in the workouts but i guess i'll find a way.

              The first part of the weekend was wonderful. I met with almost all of my closest friends, it was a sunny day and we spent time together like in former (aka pre-pandemic) times It was really a great day.
              I even could fit in a bit of movement…

                  I can't remember when i last had a weekend with that much being out and with friends. It was great. Today i met with a new friend and we went to an art and design market which was quite nice. Later we went to an old underground water reservoir which is not used anymore for its usual purpose. The location are big underground halls with pillars and they have a fantastic acoustics. Several dance and acoustic performances took place there and they were all great. Wonderful experience.

                  In order to fit everything into the day i did the workouts (except the push-ups challenge) in the mornings and i am really not a morning person. First i went running and i started right away with the zombies run program. In week one it begins with a 10 min and usually i've been walking for 20 min already before i start with that 10 min.. So it was morning, it was cold, i was not as warmed up as usual and all of it made it a little harder but in the end i was happy as always. I didn't run more than i needed in order to fulfill the programs but i felt incredible in the end and full of energy. Great start into a great day.

                    Glad to read you had such a great day, with working out in the morning, even. That's some impressive dedication. The venue in the water reservoir sounds pretty cool.

                        I didn't sleep very well and woke up late and with a sore throat and not feeling too well so i decided to skip work for today, there's nothing urgent to do anyway. The Pathfinder Chapter was a real challenge today and i seriously thought about leaving people behind. But in the end i didn't have to. Phew.

                        To lift the mood of the day anyway I show you today's evening sky.
