          I guess i was a bit scared off by the amount of repetitions/sets, after long days, late in the evening, etc..

            I didn't really wanna do the EoD, but commitment. Then i argued a bit with myself about Pathfinder, skipped it, then didi it anyway, then saw the subquest and certainly did that one, too. Last time i didn't log it, this time i almost oversaw it. Now i laugh about myself because of the initial refusal and all the back and forth in my head…kinda stupid, but i guess some of you know what i'm talking about.
            Tomorrow starts the cross fit course i booked recently and i'm a bit nervous about that one too. I wonder what's the level there. I'm going to find out.

                    The cross training feels…effective…and it's actually fun. I'm looking forward to next week.
                    Only a few people are attending and we seem to have a similar fitness level and the trainer is pretty motivating. She corrects a posture here and there and i find that quite helpful. I learned kettlebell swings today and i like that kind of strength training already.
                    When i came home i did 'must haves' of the day but not the challenge i planned to start for the new month. Let's see how i feel tomorrow and if i start it then.

                      I expected to be sore from yesterday's training but i am not. Only a bit tired but it's a beautiful sunny day and weekend…

                      New month, new challenge. I decided to add the wall push-ups challenge to my routine as i really want to be able to do proper push-ups rather sooner than later. I tried to do wall push-ps before and i don't like them, besides all my walls have fresh paint, so i am doing incline push-ups at the kitchen counter. This will be a real challenge for me. Let's see how far i come.
                      The Exercise of the Day i couldn't do today, because push-ups. I did the Workout of the Day instead. And now…off to the hammock

                                I decided against Pathfinder today. Swapping days again would have meant too much on the arms for today and because it's ugly outside and i don't feel very fit anyway i didn't want to risk to catch a full blown cold.
                                After quite a while i did a yoga session instead and this was clearly the right decision. Somehow i need to find a way to do more yoga again.
