    Same same but different…

    Hi there…

    i started the arms of steel program only an hour ago or so.

    It was a rather spontaneous idea, like the one to open this log in order to stick to the program and maybe have some fun around here.
    I've been using darebee workouts for many years just never very consistent. Today i didn't even leave the house and did only a yoga session. That's another 30-day program i try to follow now.
    Some strength training with dumbbells happens here and there too, i just never get into a routine i am able to keep up with.
    Hence the title of this log. The goal is more or less the same but the methods differ and here i try another one. Besides it's an expression that reminds me of travelling. Let's see what kind of adventure this spot holds for me on my journey to lean and strong.

          Welcome, spontaneous starting is always a good idea. You'll get things done and it's better than 'I'm going to start on Monday and it'll be awesome'. Good luck sticking to it and making a habit out of it. Have fun while doing so.

              Steps 12.000
              Arms Of Steel Day 2 - with Incline push-ups and only 16-18 plank rotations
              YWA - CULTIVATE Day 3 - accidentally but this was perfect for today

              I'm going to note the steps as a round number as i only use some app on my phone which is not too accurate anyway.
              It's going to be interesting how far i will get with the Arms of Steel program. Anyway it looks like it's very necessary.

                  YWA - CULTIVATE Day 2 - first thing in the morning
                  Arms of Steel Day 3 - no real rest, just starting the timer again
                  Ab Crunch - Level 1, 1 min rest between sets
                  Steps 10.000

                  It helps to keep track here and despite the day was kinda heavy so far it also helps to be able to just mix and add the rather small/short darebee-pieces and get a sense of some achievement by doing so.

                    Hello! I too once started yoga with Adriene, it was the "30 days of yoga" program, so I guess i was always destined to end in this Hive. The program you're doing seems really interesting and fun.

                    Also at first glance i read it as "AB Crunch- level 1,1 mln " . Maybe not as many yet but doing yoga and upper body, core and lower body programs is awesome too. Have fun with all of them.

                            Without the support i maybe would not have moved my cracking bones again today…but here i am with my little log

                            Steps: 10K
                            Arms of Steel Day 4 - Level 3, no rest
                            YWA - CULTIVATE Day 4 - a nice gentle practice, just perfect for tired and exhausted me

                              Arms of Steel Day 5 - no rest between sets, only shaking the arms quickly; did this one right after Yoga
                              Steps: 8K

                              I'm tired and exhausted and i guess there's not going to happen much else today. Hopefully by now i am tired enough to get a bit more sleep tonight than the last few nights. There's a lot going on right now and the fact that summer is not happening this year is not helpful.

                              Anyway, i take an extra credit for carrying several kg of flowers across town, a huge bouquet and a pot with a rather big Echinacea. A very good friend surprised me with those and this really gives a lot of joy.
