Getting fit and healthy while Improving my English

One day here and I'm already loving it.

    So, here I go...
I'm improving my English skills and also aiming to get fit.. Tomorrow I'll choose a 30 days program and log in here.
Since I quit smoking, I've been doing some things like Jump rope and running with 20 min of Tabata every other day.
Rope to find some inspiration here and keeping it up with this log.
Please, feel free to correct me when I make some grammar or vocabulary mistakes, it's really apreciated.

    Some background:
28yo, I'm a guy who lives in Brazil. Also I'm Vegan for almost 9 years and works in IT field with Cloud Computing.
About 40 days ago I quit smoking after 8 years being a smoker.
I love cooking, taking care of my plants and watch anime. I also like to learn new things and apply them to real life.

Next Programs that I'll Folow up when I finish Core Strenght and Abs Steel of Challenge

    Power Grip Challenge
    Spellbound
    Maybe: Starter Pack Workout
    I'll do sometime:
    Hips and Glues Stretch
    Towel Workout

                    Thanks to each one of you guys for welcoming me. I appreciate that;
So, as I said, today I chose my first 30-day program, and it will be Core Strength since I always admire strong abs.
I will also keep doing Pull-Ups(with bands, but this will not last I hope), Push-Ups, and Squats.

I have a question already, is that okay for a beginner to start with at least two programs or one program and 1 challenge maybe?

                    Hi!
Thanks for welcoming me and that some years of self-study had shown some gains in my English writings.
Yes, actually is not an easy one but I'm taking it with exercise and meditation.

I'm watching Monster. I know that this is an old one but as I always have to watch some fancy or sci-fi Anime I've not touched this classic until this month XD. It's breaking my nerves, soo good, loving it.

To give you one of many answers to your question: I'd start with one program, see how it goes for you and if you feel you can do more, add a challenge. If that still feels like you can do more, look for another program. It all depends on your own condition and strength and how you feel about it. The only way to know is to try and adjust if it's too much. Good luck.

                        Thanks for the tips
                        I'll follow that for sure
Only today did I realize that the Program that I choose is "Just" a Addon.

Also, in my English learning journey, I subscribe to a course. I do need to take some tests if I want to jump into some Intermediate level of the course.
I'm aiming to become fluent enough to work in some Company that will allow me to live in The Netherlands or Ireland sometime.

Honestly, I think your English is pretty good already, but I'm not a native speaker as well.
And yes, personally, I would consider meditation as workout, especially 25 minutes. Impressive. Good luck with your English learning, I lived in the Netherlands for some while, beautiful country with very nice people.

Today I just have a one-hour call with a friend of mine who is also learning English and we try to talk with each one in English. It's funny, but
I do think that I need to study in a better way... like speaking with a Native and being corrected whenever I made a mistake or something like that.
