The kettlebell weighs 10 kg. A friend recommended eight, but there was nothing under 10 in the whole chain of shops. It's currently a bit heavy for reps; I've played a bit, doing any random exercise for a little while, getting a feel of it.

My current routine is: 30 Days of Yoga as a warm up for Ten, and then again another yoga session, from that program or on my own. I'm not doing Ten every day, for a number of reasons. Work has started, but not classes; that's next Monday. I've had serious trouble with insomnia and anxiety.

Journalling (I've skipped it for a week, re-start today)
              food.
              walking.
               Yoga.
30 Days of Yoga: day 17.
              Ten: day 8.

Hope your insomnia and anxiety gets better. Sounds like a nasty combo

Well... September started with a broken computer, and ended with a broken mobile phone. In the meantime, the washing machine broke too. And the kid was ill for ten days or so. And school started. It's not that I didn't have time for exercise, it's that I was so busy, or so stressed, that I didn't realise I wasn't working out any more. If anything good came out of it, it's that I've figured out a "red line", a non-negotiable number of days after which different things hurt and it starts to be very, very hard to re-start. The ideal is to work out every day? yes. But with injuries, emergencies, stuff like exam time, etc., it's good to know when I absolutely have to prioritise exercise.

                  Journalling
                  food.
                  walking.
                   Yoga.
30 Days of Yoga: day 25.
Ten: day 13 (I switched 13 and 12, as 13 is upper body and I was more in the mood for that today).

I have been doing more than one session a day, so I have finished 30 days of Yoga. Ten is on day 15.
