    Just started foundation today for what is the 3rd or 4th time. I'd like to go the whole way and establish it as a habit, so I'm starting a daily workout challenge.

    If I don't do my foundation workout on a given day (by midnight of Mountain Time), I'll send $50 to first person to call me out.

    I'm starting today, 7/13/2021. See y'all tomorrow on 7/14

    Welcome! Getting yourself into a consistent fitness routine is an awesome decision which has so many benefits so strenght to you, keep on it and you will get to your goal! Havd a fine day!

          Day 2 and I'm reminded of why I quit before: Some of these exercises hit muscles you forget exist.

          My legs are in very workable shape because I've been walking on hills a lot lately. My arms, specifically my shoulders, have *not* gotten the same amount of attention, and the arm raises hurt like hell.

          Just 3 rounds of Foundation day 2 today, and some cooling down via less amounts of arm raises at once, to try to head off cramps

              Did day 3 a bit later in the day, as oppose to doing it in the morning, but I think the marching might help walk out some of the soreness in my legs? Not sure, either way, but did 5 sets, it got me breathing hard, and keeping the streak going.

                3 sets of foundation day 4. Going to try to start doing these earlier in the day, but wanted to keep the streak going.

                  3 sets of foundation day 5, getting back on track after missing yesterday. Listening to absurdly peppy workout songs this time, it's hard not to want to move in rhythm with the music, which has me glad I can do this in relative privacy, and doing half-jacks with a silly grin on my face, lol.

                      3 sets of day 6. This core stuff is going to be good to have done, but it yet another exercise that I'm not used to.

                        I think a steady and consistent exercise routine is a great goal to set. And it looks like you have been following through. Nicely done!

                          So, deliberately missing today. Last night I was up until 7am reading a webcomic, and I think my body will be better served by rest for today. That being said, the core exercises from yesterday made my mild allergic sneezing *really* painful this morning.

                          So, tomorrow I do day 7!

                            Did 3 sets of day 7 today, listening to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Xz4NV0zsbY. Has foundation been changed to remove the boxing-based exercises? I thought I remembered them from last time I hit day 7 or so?
