    The rise off the lotus

The Lotus is a beautiful flower that rises from mud. So I am going to keep my achievments here. Feel free to comment and help me to keep my mood up. It's been a rough year. They where searching for cancer in five places in my body but gladly they haven't found any. I have lost my two jobs due to Covid. I used to work as a human ressources hunter, and as an aerial yoga teacher, and that was not enough, my husband fought trough cancer also...GRATITUDE he went trough surgery and we are optimistic that he will be in remission soon. Now is the time to get back in shape mentally and physicaly for both of us. So if you want, write to us we will read you for sure.

Greetings! Sounds like the year has not been very kind to you, but still you have the energy to be pushing onwards! Thumbs up to you! As they said in dc's luke cage series, "always forward, forward always". Also hope your husband gets better soon For what its worth, i think the very worst of this pandemic might be soon behind, so perhaps future dawns brighter and we all can get chance for relief from this trial. Btw props to both of you, for the walk and the ec! Have a nice day!

Daily Dare done with EC 2 minute elbow plank, I know I am not stricly following the guidelines by chosing the Daily Dare I do without following what is the "today" daily dare, but I think that for a start, doing 1 daily dare each day is a good way to be motivated even if I cheat a little LOL

Daily Dare (today I chose "60 seconds Claves Raises") done with EC and I even manage to last longer. I did it barefeet so I could raise higher and so it would be harder on my balance
