Nothing crazy again today, just doing some casual exercises. In the morning, did my cardio and calisthenics, then about 30 min of calisthenics before meal 1 and around 1 hour of jump rope, kb and calisthenics before meal 2. Just getting in touch with my body again with some basic circuits (for example 100 speed rope- 30 kb squat- 100 rope- 15 ohp- 100 rope- 15 rogue row- 100 rope- 30 lunge- 100 rope- 30 v ups for 5 rounds and then calisthenics), feels good to get some movement to the body even if its just something easy like these. I think i am going to stay at this very basic level for quite a while, so perhaps im not going to report everyday about just my exercise since its, well ,very basic. Also im going to try and put on some weight to get bac into normal levels of BMI since im not comping anymore, tho still wanna stay healthy and fit Anyhow, i wish you all the best, hope you had a good day and have a good one tomorrow too

JCU thx! i will prolly not be posting anything crazy exercise-wise here, so plase dont laugh just kidding, but no for real i am at my weakest for the time i can remember, year plus of near constant pro fight camp level training is not healthy XD so for a while ill be sticking to calisthenics, cardio and some casual hobby level martial arts you know getting my body recombed, getting joints, muscles and tissue back to proper levels for example today i "just" (i am not meaning this to be self exageration, just remember i have been training pro level and this is how i ease for normal routine) did my morning cardio+calisthenics and then around 1h15min of kb and calisthenic strenght work. even this felt little considering my previous tempo i have done for long time. Now i am just discovering exercise more as a hobbyist.
Oh by the way, i guess there is always a good time:
Did you know, that in 1905 in Tokyo a crowd rioted beacuse of the Russo-Japanese war. However, the riot was not anti war, in fact the crowd of over 30000 people protested the peace treaty of Portsmouth ending the war, and they demanded the continuation of conflict and demanded more land and reparation payments form Russia. The violence boiled over and in two days of street violence nearly 500 policemen became casualties and a large part of teh city was ruined. The rioters destroyed much of the Russian and American property and firebombed many company offices. It was said this riot was led by a group of "samurai warriors" who wanted to restore the "divine favor" upon Japan. Historians debate this very riot was one of the instances that affected the later governments to take a militaristic and expansionist stance, and drove Japan deeper into militarism towards the horrors of 1930s-1945, because the governmnent felt pressured to take hard stance on behalf of public will. (Gordon, 1991. Najita, 2010)
Hey, remember you are awesome, so keep crushing it! Have a nice day

TopNotch thanks! yea, the thing i took from this match most to my heart was that even simple things can make a complex strategy, and that sometimes i just have to play with the tools i have, not the ones that i would like to have but cant use as well

CaptainCanuck mavie Lady Celerity Fremen Anek @rys CODawn lofivelcro SheWhoMustNotBeNamed TopNotch JCU Thx all! so a recap as far as i can remember: So this fight was a biggie for me since my opponent was fighting in a stable from German mma championship so a big bout this one he was very good technician, savate and combat kyokushin karate, few cm shorter but stronger and more agile than me. 1round: i started immediatly by pressuring him, trying to takedown and clinch but he was fast and accurate kicker. He got me good few times with fast high kicks but my active bloking was good and held him. i got one takedown in the middle of the round, but once he got away from my lock he disengaged again, he was attacking form long range. I broke his form and pressured him, but i think he won the 1st via fast long strikes. 2 round i got him close better and he could not really answer to my pressure, so he tried to shoot my legs, a mistake because i got mount but could not subdue him before bell rang but ground him down. 3 round, surprise surprise i had energy still but he was tiring. the knockout came in around 1,5min when i faked a single leg takedown. he sprawled, but when he did i hit an uppercut from half kneeling and he sprawled into my punch, a flash knockout. He slept like 5-10 sec and got up but the ref stopped the fight. i stayed there he was all ok and we had a real fun talk afterward. This was his last fight, he was really old for mma comp level 29 y.o, and he said this was one of the hardest fights he had ever been. it was my toughest too. i think he would have easily knocked me out had i not been a good active defender, his kicks were fast and accurate. he tagged me good with a rainbow kick and now i have a 5cm bruise in my cheek XD i won by pressure and breaking his technique, he had no real answer to my close hand fighting. so all in all a real good fight, good feeling and now no more pro fights for me
ps Lady Celerity yes i am sure of that, im just 24 now and i can already feel the effets of around 5 years of comp level martial arts (tho i must say i think muay thai and mma are the most demanding arts, i felt bjj and boxing were more "gentle" for body in training point of view). However i am ok with that, i know the day will come someday but now i will back down form super hard training and see what comes.
Thanks all, have a good day, you rock
