  • My First Day!

    Today I started my first 30-day workout program after 30 minutes of walking! This site was recommeded by my doctor to help build muscles/tone and to help lower my insulin level. I did four sets this morning and plan on finishing up the other 3 sets this evening. My legs feel wobbly, so that tells me I need to build up those muscles. Overall I feel really good and can't wait to see my results before by birthday on July 18th!!
