    Beginning

    Just found this site and hope to use it for tracking, logging, and accountability. Used to be very active - let life get in the way and consider myself a beginner again at most things I used to do. Nowhere near where I used to be but can only get better from here.

        Currently doing Square 1 and Vitality. Yesterday I didn't log but did the workouts. I may forget to log now and then on here, I have a paper log I use in my workout area at home.
        So today I completed DAY 2 for both Square 1 & Vitality, I also walked the dog for 30 mins. I'm exploring dietary changes and most likely need to work on portion control. It's a process.
