    Advice

Hi everyone I have a quick question I workout from home and my goal has been to tone my arms from weight-loss unfortunately due to medical things I have struggled I have spinal nerve issues and diet so for me heavy lifting heaps of food is a struggle I eventually was told to stop heavy lifting so I tried bands but I still feel my body won't let me eat past what I do which is low.i looked at my diet and it suits thinks like Pilates and lower workouts doctors said for me to do low intensity I asked many sites how to tone my arms and loose skin from weightloss when I can't lift heavy but still no one can help I was told Pilates hand cycling but can't find routines to copy picture wise for moves I have googled so much and still nothing.i tried things like 25 reps which for me worked but anything lower with bands and nothing I then tried 30 second routines and for me these always feel a good burn I know many will say you need more food but unfortunately with bowel damage I eat what I can when I have time and that is morning workout and evening workout the only way I could think was to add more into my split meals I have protein yoghurt berries and tea for medical stuff and a evening oatmeal bowl with blueberries and sometimes banana as it's what I crave veggies meats heavy foods eggs dried fruit nuts there all out of my diet with bowel issues and oatmeal fruit yoghurt works if I have diets to suit lower workouts what do I do to get started for three day full arm routines I found a few that worked for me but I was told keep changing my routine as I'm stuck on bands I'm still trying to get this to work but I'm been told so many different things change my diet keep my diet try pilates but no one's sent routines I would love if someone can help me either sending like darebee workout photos to copy using the lower intensity style workout arm moves full routine three days as for food what else can I add to my yoghurt and my oatmeal to bump everything up protein shakes I can't do either so this isn't easy do I stick to 30 second routines do I try just using the arm one ?

If you don't know where to start, a good starting point for learning how to train would be the Foundation or Foundation Light programs, which is the foundation that teaches you how to train bodyweight.
      And welcome
