    Work in Progress...

    I have an on-again/off-again relationship with fitness. Sometimes I'm gung ho and kicking goals but most of the time I'm a lump. I've been using Darebee workouts for a while and I LOVE them but always fall off the wagon.

    After a trip to some theme parks where I wasn't able to fit on all the rides I wanted, I thought it was time to really get serious.

    Today I started Athena's Playbook, Level 1 (3 reps)

    Pretty proud of myself for at least starting!

              Athena's Playbook Day 2. Upper body. 3 sets

              I'm coming down with a cold today ... typical. I didn't work out this morning as I couldn't even swallow properly without pain.

              I was so annoyed that it looked like I would lose my momentum so early but after work I just took it slow and got through 3 sets. Took the whole 2 minutes break between sets and took everything very slow but I got there. Want to die a little but I did it and that's the main thing.

                    I wasn't able to work out today. I'm annoyed but my cold increased a bit and I needed rest.

                    I'm planning on doing day 3 tomorrow hopefully. Today I'm passing off as a rest day.

                    (Apologise if this seems superfluous but I need to check in this early in the process haha)

                        Finally feeling strong enough to work out.

                        Thought about starting from Day 1 again but decided to just keep going from Day 3. So glad it didn't take too long and I'm back into it!

                          Athena's Playbook Day 4. Abs

                          Wasn't able to hold the plank through the while thing but the only one I really struggled on was the first normal elbow plank... its been a while since I've planked and by golly it's hard!

                            Planks are tough but improve quickly and are great exercise
