    Me, Them And Training

    Happy Pride Month~~~

It's been a while - again. No excuses this time, only results!

All stars (*) are the pieces of music that I used for the day. Join me and listen to the tracks and get pumped!

    Day 1:
    4 Minute Warm-up*
    Baseline (Day 1) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
    30x3 Wall Standing Push-ups*
    Yang Meditation

NOTE: So, I did this while the usual power outage happened from 6 to 11 pm. It was quite hot, but I've been in a rut for a few weeks. Just sad and in a depressive state. No motivation whatsoever - weird thing is that working out my feelings is what kept me from losing my "way". After I finished the workout, I felt the best I've felt in a while. Chipper, energetic even.

    Day 2:
    4 Minute Warm-up*
    Baseline (Day 2) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
    30x3 Seated Knee to Chest*
    Yin Meditation

NOTE: My legs are on fire and I've yet to start the day (it's 5.33am as of writing this). But that's good. I woke up early too! And getting myself hyped up listening to the main theme from Super Mario Party got me dancing off my bed without care in the world! Off to go face the day!

GentleOx TheLibrarian Anek Fremen Thank you the warm welcome back!

And yes, music is very much a huge part of most everything that I do. I've a saying I heard somewhere before that goes as follows: "Food and music are universal languages. They speak to the heart of thousands." and I've been saying this ever since. My fave hobby is cooking! Both can cause you to feel emotion, relive good (or sometimes, bad) memories, with association to smells and tastes and how differing melodies can embody certain feelings.

But that's enough rambling out of me. The workout!

            Day 3:
            4 Minute Warm-up*
            Baseline (Day 3) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
            Calisthenics Ultra-beginner Training: 20x3 Doorframe pull-ups*
            Yin Meditation

NOTE: I was like a baby gazelle taking it's first steps today with how sore my thighs were, but I still did the workout. I can thank my husband for that, keeping me on track like he always does. But now, with the power out again in the PM today, I'd better get a move on and do everything I've got left to do and then go to bed. Another day won!

              Day 4:
              4 Minute Warm-up*
              Baseline (Day 4) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
              Yin Meditation

NOTE: Even with the power being out since 4am and only coming back at 3pm today, I'm unusually chipper and just happy today. Not looking a gift horse in the mouth - if I'm happy, I'm happy, no questions asked. I thought it'd be a good idea to take a break from the calisthenics stuff once I cycle through all three that I'd like to work on for now - so push ups, knee-to-chest and then door frame pull-ups. I'm happy with this for now until I plateau and then I'll push myself little by little.

                Day 5:
                4 Minute Warm-up*
                Baseline (Day 5) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
                Calisthenics Ultra-beginner Training: 30x3 Wall Standing Push-ups*
                Daily Dare: 60s Elbow Clicks*
                Yin Meditation

NOTE: My legs don't hurt from doing all the seated squats yesterday! I'm so happy that my body starting to get reacquainted with working out - I'm doing more than what I would usually do when I restart, but starting at the bottom steps of Mount Celeste at a higher degree than what I would do. Level 3 is just the level I need.

Now it's time for me to go get ready to go out for a little private pride gathering I'm having with my familia. I haven't seen then in nearly half a year, and i get to finally introduce my husband to them. I'm so nervous!!!

                    Month 2, Day 8:
                    4 Minute Warm-up*
                    Vitality (Day 8) - Level 3 (7 sets)*
Calisthenics Ultra-beginner Training: 10x3 Wall Standing Fingertip Push-ups*
                    Yang Meditation

NOTE: My absence this time was with merit. I had mid-terms for my final year and i did super well! studied hard, but had to tone down on the training so after 8 days of the last month, i had to scale it back to only doing 3 sets of Baseline. At least now I can bump it up back top 7 sets with my calisthenics ultra-beginner again.

Anek The gathering was a blast! My partner wasn't able to make it, but here's hoping the next time i can meet my Familia, we can go as a couple~

                          Month 2, Day 10:
                          4 Minute Warm-up*

Final time for today: 29.1 mins.

NOTE: I completely forgot to say this in my last post, but I turned 27 right after my exams! That day showed me quite a bit, and that if I keep doing nothing about my health or my life, nothing will change for the better.

As my partner would say to me, no point in dwelling on it if I'm overthinking it instead and making myself mad for no apparent reason other than being angry at myself for not doing what i could have. I've a lot around me i deal with on the daily, so it's none of my fault. So, instead, I say "what can i do about it right now in this second?", and usually the answer is just take small steps or wait until I'm able to tackle it.

I finally started playing Final Fantasy 14. I got 'round to downloading the free trial and I've been having a blast!

Anek Mamatigerj Thanks a lot for such a kind gesture! I worked so hard and really did tire myself out to make them feel as easy as possible. now it off to study for my finals and here's hoping I'm a dentist by the end of 2021!
