    Garden workout​​
    Garden and me before unintended workout 4wks ago.

    ​​Me today after 4wks of a gardening workout.

    Started the morning with physiotherapist training program for my left knee because I’ve torn my meniscus. I’ve been doing this for 2 months morning and night to strengthen my knee. I thought I would do homework outs too. I lost weight naturally and toned up by renovating my garden, digging soil, lifting flags, using a whacker. Results are fantastic. I’ve dropped two dress sizes from 20-16. When I started I had a bust 40hh (massive I know). Carrying these things around causedc me severe pressure and pain on my back and lower joints. Waist 44” (now 40) and hips 48” (now 42”)
    I’m aiming to drop another dress size maybe 2 by June 10th 2021 my 50th birthday by training hard within my knee and MS capabilities and my love of red wine and chilli heatwave Doritos. I call them crackritos because they’re so addictive. I open a 180g bag and it takes all my will power not to eat the whole bag and wash it down with a fish bowl wine glass of jammy red roo.
    My garden work has lessened because I’ve done all the ground work which means I have to increase in-house I'm going to pick 3 programs probably core, legs and glutemus maximus. I’ve saved 2 x 50kg flags to continue arm workout.

        Welcome to the Hive. Knees can be right buggers. Have you had much of a look around here? You can filter the workouts, programmes, and challenges to your level or desired type of exrcise. There are also rehab-type workouts, including knee ones! If you need help with anything, just ask. Good luck on your journey, and enjoy a beautiful garden.
