    Unfortunately I'm not quite back on the upswing after all. Yesterday and today were really rough mental health days. Doing what I can to keep active but not pushing myself too hard.

    Just did push-ups again yesterday but back at it today. Did a full long workout in the day and have done a bunch of house cleaning today. Feel like I'm back on the upswing, going it carries into the work week. 🙏🏻

    Edit: ALSO, I just realized it's my six month anniversary of working out every day!! Wow! I'm so proud of the healthy habits I've worked to create and I'm looking forward to becoming stronger and more fit as I go. Onwards and upwards!

    Compound bicep curl to shoulder press, with 8# weight

    Still down, but much better day today. My husband had the day off work and I took it easy at my remote job. He cooked me food throughout the day and we watched movies in the evening. It was really nice. ❤️

    Just a quick workout yesterday, squats and push-ups. Pretty normal today, but I barely did any with the weights. I'm just too tired.

    Back at it with the resistance bands. Trying out doing them in the off days between weightlifting, I'll pull back if it's too hard on my arms though.

    October 31st - Day 177

    30 Days of Cardio Blast, 12/30
    Punches and Squats, 25/30

    Resistance bands, 10 reps/5 sets:
    Band Pushdowns with 25# band
    Overhead Tricep Extension with 25# band
