Late night workout yesterday. I added an isometric element to my arm workout and it felt great! Really increased the difficulty while still using the only weights I have. Not sure how to describe it in my workout log though... Basically while I was doing my bicep curl and shoulder press with one arm, I held my other arm at a 90Β° angle with the other dumbbell in my hand. If anyone has a name for that, let me know!

Band Pushdowns with 20# resistance band
Overhead Tricep Extension with 20# resistance band
Compound bicep curl to shoulder press, with 5# weights
