    Late night workout yesterday. I added an isometric element to my arm workout and it felt great! Really increased the difficulty while still using the only weights I have. Not sure how to describe it in my workout log though... Basically while I was doing my bicep curl and shoulder press with one arm, I held my other arm at a 90Β° angle with the other dumbbell in my hand. If anyone has a name for that, let me know!

    I'll make another post tonight πŸ™‚

    September 10th - Day 126 ​​​​​
    Foundation, day 4/30
    Wall Push-Ups x4, day 4/30

    Arm day, 10 reps/5 sets:
    Band Pushdowns with 20# resistance band
    Overhead Tricep Extension with 20# resistance band
    Compound bicep curl to shoulder press, with 5# weights

      Great day today!

      Went on a walk to the library and got my first pumpkin Starbucks drink of the season, a cold brew because it was 80Β° out still πŸ˜› Then started a big cross stitch project and worked out in the evening. Very productive day!

          4500 steps (my goal is 4000, so that's a win for me πŸ™‚)

                Still exhausted, starting to think I may be getting sick. Another light day today, I'll probably redo day 8 of push-ups tomorrow to keep my numbers even.

                September 15th - Day 131

                  Don't think I'm sick, just a long tiring week. Only push-ups yesterday and today. Hoping to get back on the regular schedule tomorrow 🀞🏻

                          My workout today was called "Fast Pace Cardio" and it definitely delivered. My heart rate was up right from the start.

                          Weekend too short as always, but keeping on.

                              Thanks Fenye! I need to take your advice and drink more water, my muscles felt stiff today.

                              Skipping my arm workout since it's a late night and I need to get better sleep this week.

                                Drinking enough water is essential for a healthy body πŸ’ͺ and even if it's often hard in the beginning to remember drinking enough, you'll notice after a short while that your body reminds you on it's own.
