So yesterday turned out to be one of those days and... I didn't do the program. I'm frustrated, but it was all a bit out of my control... I just have to keep going, and now I'm even more determined not to skip another day.

I was really fighting the urge to leave it for a day today. I was busy and it was getting late and it would have been so easy to leave it till tomorrow... but I didn't want to be writing that in here. That thought pushed me to do it (that, and the reminder that I don't have to do a workout on the highest level I can manage).
