Thank you, ! A year ago I wouldn't have been able to do this, but one workout after the other and things are starting to become more achievable. I'm pretty sure you're not so far behind as you may think! :gogo:

Today I did the Five Rites Workout in the morning, right after I woke up. That felt awesome! I was really surprised at how nice the stretching felt.
As for the workout, I did the Six O'clock on L3 - the clamshells were the most challenging part, seeing as how I haven't done them in AGES. And by ages, I mean primary school. Yikes! But it was fun.
Daily casual training included, plus today was a pretty active day in general.

The decision to do the Five Rites workout after waking up was possibly one of the best decisions I made in my life. I'm usually a grumpy wreck after I'm woken up, and I remain that way for at least an hour (that means people aren't advised to try to talk to me); however, since I decided to move my ass a bit instead of shambling through the house I don't feel as horrible! Wow. Definitely keeping that as part of my daily routine. And it doesn't even last that long, so that means I can complete it with no problems! I can't do any major exercising before breakfast because I'm usually so hungry that I feel as though I'll puke - it doesn't matter if I had dinner the night before or not, I will get horribly nauseous.
After that, I chose the One & One workout due to chronic lack of time. But I finished that pretty quickly, so I added 400 more half jacks and 200 high knees to the entire thing. There was a bit more casual training throughout the day, yet not as much as the previous days.

            Thanks Mr. Bilal!

Well, got buried in a pile of work again. Nothing new there, ahahah!

So, yesterday's workout of choice was Boy, that escalated quickly on L3. I chose that one because I knew I would be able to complete it pretty quickly, since I was short on time. Added a bit of casual training when I found the time.

Today I had even less time than yesterday, so I did 200 jumping jacks, 40 push ups and 50 donkey kicks before I remembered that there are micro workouts to choose from - and I did two sets of Micro Wave before I had to run away to do my things. I spent most of the day on my feet, however I still have too much energy left. I'll probably do something before I go to bed, otherwise I'll be up forever.

Not only did I have little time to exercise these last few days, I've also gone on a chocolate rampage. Ah, well! A girl's gotta have her chocolate. Or five.

Anyway, yesterday's repertoire included the Chisel workout on L3, alongside with casual training.
And today's workout of choice was DNA: Rewrite but on L1 due to me having little time. I'll definitely go back to this workout tomorrow because it's challenging and dammit, now that I can, I like completing things on L3!

I was short on time today again, after all, so I chose the Torch workout, L3. It was much, much, MUCH easier than I expected it to be. But it was fun, none the less!

The trend of me being short on time is seriously starting to get on my nerves.
Because of that, I did the The Cake is a Lie workout on L3 - I knew I'd complete it quite quickly. I also added casual training and did seven sets of the Cookie workout (that's got to be my favourite "OHDEARMETHERE'SNOTIME!" workout).

nemalo Ohh thanks for the 5 rings workout!! It's just the sort of workout I was looking for!

Thanks to you and Elektra conversation about Nutella I gave in and bought a Hershey's chocolate bar (with almonds). I only ate half of it and gave the other half to my coworker who brought me a cupcake, a red velvet one, and I accepted it and passed it off to the other girls. You girls are right, I deserve chocolate and it's been 20+ days since my last bit of it. OMG so good.

A calzone, you say, Elektra? Oooohhh, that sounds wonderful! I think I just might make myself one...
