To that extent, let me start logging back again...
Yesterday's workout consisted of Band It (level 3), Iron Will (day 2) and Office Boxer, while today's was Iron Will (D3) and The Smiter.
I busted my knee (well, just overstretched a ligament) a week and a half ago when I fell during skiing, so I'm resting it a bit and not doing any cardio, heavy leg workouts, rock climbing or the aforementioned skiing...
Thanks for the healing vibes BlackButler, those are appreciated!
Yeah, The Smiter is quite nice! Although, I've been doing upper body workouts for a week and a half every day, so I'm wondering whether or not I will gain any strength or am I just being counterproductive with the "constant" load on the muscles.
Feeling a bit better in regards to my knee - haven't had any weird pains no matter in which way I turned my leg, so I'm feeling rather optimistic! I hope that my down time was indeed only 2 weeks.
In regards to the workout, I decided I'd start doing the Ironborn program again, of which I completed day 1 today; alongside which I did the Iron Will challenge (D4). I'll probably do something else a bit later as well.
I did notice yesterday when I attempted to do a push up that my knee is protesting... So, another week of rest will be had. Hope it will heal soon!
Other than that, today was Ironborn (D2), Iron Will (D5) and some light rehabilitation work on both of the knees (what's good for one is good for the other, right? ).
Thank you for the healing vibes, guys! I can already feel the knee succumbing to the positivity and healing.
Today was Ironborn (D3), which I modified a bit due to it being leg day - no squats or side lunges, since I've noticed that moving sideways hurts, as well as planking for some reason... But, doing raised bridges is OK, so I substituted the squats and side lunges with those.
Also did Iron Will (D6), since normal lunges also don't hurt (however, I have substituted those with static lunges, since I find those to be more agreeable...).
