      June challenge - Done
      Day 30 of Square one, level 3 - DOOOOOONE. Phew! Done with my first program! Here's do doing a crapton more lmao. I'm proud of my lil' badge dangit. Now I gotta find more to do...

              You are all very sweet and I love y'all dearly. Seriously, it's so nice having people around watching my progress and all around being helpful ;A;

              Challenge is done, seventeen days in a row now. I'm still thinking of what program to tackle next - My left shoulder keeps popping if I move it a certain way, so I'm gonna hold off a couple days for arms of steel. (Also edit, if anyone has any recommendations on how to uh. Get your shoulder to Not Pop that'd be cool, it kind of hurts lmao) But I'm also gonna hold off on beginning something new until Monday or sometime next week. Reason: I go back to the office Monday so I wanna start a new habit/thing fresh than start something now and get a bit out of whack in the middle of it.

              And I don't feel like starting things on my period THERE WE GO

              Anyway. Still nervous about office but... Someone did tell me to go at it like a challenge, so I will. I'm pretty sure moving my computer stuff from this room in my house, down the stairs, then out of my car and up the stairs to the office should count as a work out. Right? Probably? I was thinking today lifting my thirty pound dog and holding him should count as a work out, totally. He loves being held though, so he wouldn't care.

              I think I might go with zero hero. I actually tried that last year before I got on here, but I dropped it for some reason? Iunno, but I'm serious now, so LESSGOOOOOOOOOOOO Monday or something

                The Hive will be with you, no need to be nervous about. That lifting heavy stuff down and up the stairs is definitely a workout. Here is something to spice up your office day if you feel the need for it. You will rock it. „Office“ beware, here comes a bee.

                  So the going back to the office thing has been moved to Monday, IT guy can't help me Monday with setting back up. Now I am fully capable of plugging in stuff it's just, my cubicle has a weird setup and when I set it up last time it uh. It looked bad LMAO. But I did the challenge today at least and probably did enough bicep extensions cross stitching alone to count as something... Anyway, so with the challenge I noticed that my stamina is getting a lot better. I do have to slow it down here and there of course, but honestly I'm noticing improvements and it really feels great. I'm on day 11 of the challenge and still going when I couldn't handle the one in May! I mean... The May one was different of course, but still. STILL.

                          19 days, done with challenge and did some walking today! Specifically at the mall, I hadn't gone there since like... February 2020? It felt nice to actually like. See humans again.

                          Not that the people I live with aren't human but like.

                          Y'all know what I mean?

                          I still wore my mask though. I mean yeah I'm fully vaccinated but I'm still gonna wear it when I can. If I have it off, there's no way for people to know I am vaccinated unless I staple my vaccine card to my forehead. Their peace of mind matters to me and besides! I spent a good amount of time hand sewing and cash buying them so I might as well wear them for more than a year.

                          Also you guys are very sweet and I hope you're all having a good day. The dog I met today, Moxie, probably loves you. He was a giant black lab that totally never got affection ever therefore I had to compensate by petting him for roughly ten minutes.

                          (I kid he's well taken care of he just loves attention. I mean. He's a lab.)

                            20 days! Did the challenge and the daily dare thing - 50 of those Squat hold side bends but it was NNNNOT in one go lmao. I'll get there someday. But it felt great! My thighs popped a bit but not in the painful way, but in more of a satisfying "oh thank God that's out of me now" way. I might just do those more often!
