Good thing - The con was horrible and we have another day to go LMAO I don't wanna give out too much information but holy crap it was the worst con I've been at, but it was such a good day seeing my buddies and suffering with them.
336 - Imma pass up on the challenge this month, something in my gut is telling me my shoulders will NOT like those tricep dips LMAO. I'll think of something. But for now, chest and back light because today was day two of disastercon 2022 and I am friggin' tired.

337 - Okay found a challenge, gonna do the upper body light challenge. So day 1, done! 340 arm circles in one go at the end of the month is gonna be a lot... But you know what, we'll try. End Game, Chest and back Light, and also day one of hug challenge.
Good thing - Won a raffle and now Cooper gets free dog treats. Hell YES.
338 - Upper body light day 2, chest and back light, End Game.
Good thing - today was nuts lmao. So I left work early to attend an open house for a new office but before I did the SOLE FELL OFF OF MY SHOE???? So I had to get a new pair. Hey, new shoes tho. The open house was nice but I ate way too much lmao. I should have invited y’all to help me clear the charcuterie boards. We would have destroyed them.
339 - Chest and back light, some knee push ups because dangit I wanna do the real thing without collapsing someday lmao, upper body light day 3. I should pick up Foundation again soon...
Good thing - Finished my little hermit crab cross stitches for my coworkers, now I can ship 'em out Saturday. Hopefully they'll cheer 'em up, we've had a hard week with email going down constantly. But we're makin' it, I've been crocheting baby socks at my desk when I have nothing else to do and email being down uh, doesn't help me with... Having things to do... I'm not gonna have children of my own (so many reasons why not) but my friends keep reproducing so I guess if I have downtime, they'll be clothed. At least their feet will be anyway.
340 - Upper body light challenge day 4, chest and back light, did high knees and march steps in place of End Game.
Good thing - Forgot to mention, a couple days ago I hit a year streak on Duolingo. And soon, I'll have a year streak here! Thank you all for your support. I need to boop into y'alls stuff at some point I'm just awkward af lmao

Good thing - THE FARMERS MARKET IS BACK OUTSIDE AND IT'S NICE OUT WHEEE. Also y'all, there was a dog there named Bucky and he was so soft. I don't know what he was in terms of breed, they said mutt but who knows what he contained. But I can verify, he was 100% friend.
346 - End game, chest and back light, upper body light day 10.
Good thing - gonna be honest, my brain is being mean to me because I’m on my period and it’s hard to find good things Lmao. But knowing that you are all trying so hard to get swole and happy makes me happy too. Keep it up.
