    110 - Fifteenth DD, calves, squats, and... ... ... So who else, during the DD, imagined themselves shooting off a kamehameha? Can i kamehameha the lights back on because you’ll never guess why my house is dark rn-

      111 - Heading to bed early. I didn't sleep much last night. I did squats but broke them up into calves... And did a lot of running around and carrying my dog lmao. We had the house to ourselves for a while, so we weren't interrupting anything.

      Good thing - SUSHI FOR DINNER AAAAAAAAA also the power came back at like four am lmao

        112 - Weighed myself today... I'm going back up, which isn't great. A part of me wants to blame being back at the office, but the other part of me knows that no, it's me and my habits, it's just being in the office doesn't help. I gotta reevaluate myself my dudes. Calves, squats, day 25 level 3 of Vitality done.

        Good thing - I saw some buddies at the grocery store! Luckily they'll be going to the wedding I'll be at in October. Yay, knowing people!

          Hey, admitting that you're responsible (not to blame, responsible. Major difference) is already good thinking. That means you can change something, not that you're at the mercy of someone/something else. Sounds good to me.
          The only way is going forward.
          Btw, I'll probably get another dog after all. It's not going to be a Corgi or a Sheltie (yet) but either a Laika or a Setter. That Corgi's still on the list, though. Justifying a third dog is easier if you already have two. That's what I like to think.

            113 - 65 squats in a row. It really began hurting around 50, but... Whew. Worth it. Vitality day 26, level 3, woohoo! And some calves! We're getting theeeere!

            Good thing - The Siegfried event in Granblue is amazing and he deserves more love as a character overall.

              Aw, thank you so much. I like to believe good people attract good dudes, so right back at you (minus the dude, though. Maybe dudette? Sounds weird)
              I don't have a camera, maybe I can convince someone around to shoot one or two pics when I have decided and found a breeder. And again, good job on those squats!

                114 - Squats, calves, some stretches since I keep cracking like a glowstick...

                Good thing - I picked up Hades for the first time in a couple of months and I got absolutely wrecked at the last boss. But it's a good thing because I didn't beat myself up for it much like I would have normally. Woohoo! (GOD IT'S SUCH A GOOD GAME)

                  Good thing - I really had to push myself to move today. But... I still did it, and I'm proud of myself and felt a lot better when I did.

                        Good thing - The Rift in Wurm was super fun! I got a lot of experience and well, it did take longer than expected... Not a bad thing though. It was nice to look forward to something and have it go well.

                          good thing - I am not as winded when I go up the stairs to work as I used to be. I’m proud of myself for that, especially now that working on my legs is now habit.

                              120 - Squats, calves, and did some march steps to help tire me out so I can sleep lmao. But it really is nice just, seeing the progress. Sure I'm still not healthy, my eating habits are... Less than good. But I am so much better off at least in terms of moving, and how I make it a point to do it every single day. At least forcing myself to do this one healthy thing will lead me to doing more. A gateway drug to health? Iunno.

                              Good thing - My coworker might teach me how to knit! Trust me, there is no feeling more crushing than seeing a cool pattern and it being for knitting. I have my late Grandma's knitting stuff still, so... So I'm happy to learn with her stuff beside me.

                                121 - Squats, calves, arm exercises while I put Granblue cutscenes on auto, teehee. I have been neglecting my upper body, so here I am now, doing circles and extensions while I watch the story unfold.

                                Good thing - A coworker got me a smoothie today and it rocked.
