                          I'm terrible at logging or journaling - I finished 500 push ups for the month, the level 1 pull up challenge (2nd time); daily squats; foundation and salad doer thirty days (I missed three days on the salad challenge. I completed the daily challenges except for one day.

                          For October i am doing 1000 push ups for the month; level 1 pull up challenge again, i can't seem to get passed more than 10 at a time. Also Back and Core and the daily cardio monthly challenge.

                          I hope to get better at everyday recording. Today i completed day 4 for of all the exercises.
