      Went cycling again for the first time in a year. A friend suggested it, to go for lunch somewhere by bike. So I tried it and my achilles seems fine with it.

        Went running really early (7.30 am) and got an incredible encouter with a fox! It just sat and warched me as I watched him πŸ₯°

                          I increased the reps in my dumbbell workout. Was a good choice, I had to work for it.

                            Tonight I had to rush to a night veterinarian clinic with Pico... (at 10 pm). she got ill instantly, puking (a lot of it), meowing (very demanding, like something is really wrong), panting, pooping in the hall.. they admitted her, giving her oxygen and getting her some tests. They suspect pneumonia, I'm scared of poison.. they will call me if they got tests back, it'll be during the night, but I can't sleep anyway right now. I'm worried sick.. litterally, feeling sick of worrying.. put on a tv series to get some distraction.

                            It was so hard to see her, she wanted to come to me, but she couldn't, because of the glass of the oxygen chamber. She called me, but I couldn't get to her to calm her.. πŸ˜”

                                HellYeah

                                The X ray of the chest was fine, no signs of pneumonia or heart failure, her bowels contained a lot of air. She's breathing better but still not well..
                                They're going to draw some blood, and I'll hear again tomorrow.
                                I'm going to try to get some sleep..
