    Belated Congrats on Yoga Week!

      The weather was somewhat better yesterday (there were times when I was wearing a T-shirt with no extra layers on top of it!), but it's still rainy. The food is still not the best (and it won't be -- you just can't cook restaurant-quality food for 140 people), but I'm hungry, so I eat all of it anyway. And the logistics team buys fresh fruit for everyone every day!

      Things go well other than that. Being a team leader is a good opportunity for self-reflection. I noticed, for instance, that it's hard for me to actively build up a team's identity, because I naturally focus on individual needs instead of managinh the team as a single entity. On the one hand it's good, because I communicate well with the team members on an individual level, and I've noticed that they trust me and don't hesitate to share their ideas and/or problems with me. On the other hand it means that I need a co-leader to whom actually leading the team comes more naturally.

      I'm glad though that this year's camp is shorter than usual, because I'm getting very tired.

            As proud as I was that my strong immune system got me through the Tolkien camp (where the main organisers actually went and bought extra blankets and gave them away for free so that everyone could stay warm) unscathed, as nasty a cold I caught which only surfaced once I was back at home. The coughing phase seems to have begun this morning, so I will stop burdening my lungs until I feel better.
