Zastria Wikipedia gives quite a long list of names for ice lolly, you can find some rather amusing ones there too.
(I thought I picked a relatively universal name, but now I see that 'freezie' is mainly Canadian)

CaptainCanuck My most beautiful commute route was when I had to walk from our flat to the university right through Krakow's Old Town. That semester was when I realised that I don't really need to use public transportation here in Budapest either.

Yes, Botenlauben , people (especially us city dwellers) get so used to comfort that we forget that long walks are natural for our species. (That man must have been quite a fast walker though. Keeping an average pace of 12 min/km for 40 km means you cover the distance in 8 hours.)

By the way, the Wikipedia article linked above also says that because of the plastic container it's not necessary to store the freezies (now I'll just stick to this term) frozen. So apparently you were supposed to know that that's how it was meant to be consumed.

          Congrats on Dragon week.

That commute through Krakow sounds great too. I have spent a lot of time there because that is where my wife is from originally.

That is only when there's no stick in it, otherwise it will be a mess.

I enjoyed it, though I already knew what to expect because I had done many of the workouts separately before. Headhunter was the hardest one, I think. I've marked it as a favourite, but I don't think I've ever done more than three sets of it in one workout. And the next few days were always tough afterwards (this time was no exception ). Dragon Week's to be repeated on higher levels in the future

Another thing I used this week for was to pay attention to the alignment of my hips and knees while kicking. During the preparation for my half-marathon I ran more than ever (three consecutive PB's of monthly mileage: 156 km in May, 158 km in June and 222 km in July). And my knees didn't complain. They did, when I was doing Fighter's Codex. I already suspected that it was because I put force on my knees from an unnatural direction while kicking, but this time I tried to counter that by focusing on opening my hips more instead of paying attention solely to my knees. It must've worked, because I'm still free of knee problems.

That is only when there's no stick in it, otherwise it will be a mess.
Yes, that would be messy indeed.

(Sorry that I never quote anyone properly, but it's very troublesome on mobile.)
