Homemade pasta might look ugly (at least if I'm the one preparing it), but the taste is well worth the effort and the time it requires. (dumplings filled with spinach and peas)

Unfortunately I feel slightly off though, as if I caught a cold. I wouldn't be surprised: after a long period of isolation because of Covid, I suddenly went out to a race where hundreds of people were running on the same route at the same time, breathing into each other's faces. Two days afterwards I donated blood, which doesn't exactly contribute to the resilience of one's immune system either. But there's still a chance that a good night's sleep will solve the problem.

                        Late afternoon

                        Late evening
                        30 min walk

I finished 90 Days of Action. It was a long journey, that's for sure. Most days required decent effort: often I didn't go for lvl III because of lack of time, but other times lvl I was hard enough for me. That's mainly true for abs days. The reason could of course be that my abs are relatively weak or that sit-ups and crunches don't belong to my favourite exercises. In any case, you really need to be dedicated to finish those 90 days (ok, I admit, it took a bit longer for me because life got in the way sometimes), so it's probably not ideal to do it as your first programme. But otherwise I highly recommend it, especially for someone like me who doesn't have clear fitness goals and simply just wants to do something every day. At first glance the programme might appear flavourless, since there's no cool theme to it, but it's a lot of fun -- I think so far this was the most varied, less repetitive programme I've done.
