That was nice of her. Writing papers takes more time and thought than training, I guess. Social media is the worst . Except for Darebee of course. and I'm no stranger to self accusation

Gandhalfit Thanks! I guess for me that's the essence of becoming a fighter - to push through this hour even if I think that I can't anymore. Training is a set amount of time and I know that my body and mind are capable to withstand.
I try to imply that in my every day life with my papers I have to write for Uni but that's somehow much harder 🙄.
Now I'm at least at a point where I recognize my "failures" (e. g. when I don't reach my goals in time), percieve my feelings without condemnig myself for them and move on ... just some months ago I would fall in a very destructive spiral of passivity and self-accusation paired with endless social media scrolling who really destroyed my mental health to the point I couldn't work at all.
I'm happy that I could talk openly about that with my professor for which I work and she gave me time to get well without setting me under pressure.
