    Well ok. It's been one of those days. The day is a good day but a chunk of the interactions have been less than ideal and had me questioning my sanity.

    Thankfully, got my Day 21 completed and hand a nice mental break from the world while doing it.

        Agreed! That's been me for the past few days!

        got me day 22 in while re-watching the movie Hachi. Made the time go by without feeling the struggle today and goving my mind no time to wonder.

        I wonder what surprise tomorrow will have in store? I was thinking of planning a photo excursion for myself this Saturday as I haven't gotten out with my camera in several months. I've got a couple days to plan for it so, I'm off to a good start!

        what other hobbys does the Hive have when we're not focused on fitness and health?

              hahhaa saw I had a typo in my check in yesterday.

              TODAY is Day 24! Had me confused when i went to check the box off ðŸĪŠðŸĪĢ

              That being said, let me repeat myself, day 24 has been completed.

              Plus I got a .66 mile walk in during my lunch today.

              Feels good! Yes, it's about 8:30pm on friday, but I got it all in and i feel good tonight. A shower and down time before I call it a night is in my future and then, my Saturday is wide open tomorrow for adventure ...and...laundry 🙄

                  i did not manage my adventure opportunity as best as I could have today. Indeed.... on the contrary...i managed laundry...well, kind of...1 load is still in the dryer and ther load the wash is open and waiting...all day, to move to the dryer.

                  I barely got the day going when migraine set in, so i was down most of the day, then started a watching the AKC channel and brushing my dogs and started to feel relief then the down pour of rain with thundwr and lightning followed by power outage LOL

                  Soooo laundry is suspended. Hubs went and got tale out. I got Day 25 completed during that time.

                  Maze x 3 with a bonus move thrown in at the start of each round ... 10 reps per arm... over head tricep thing with a dumbbell...the when where you have your arm stretched overhead and them basically bend forearm down so you can touch your shoulder blade sort of thing. Yup... I'm going to have to go look up the technical name of that.

                  Power is still out. So. I guess I'll just listen to an audiobook and relax some more.

                  Here's to a slow but interesting evening full of the smell of rain, thunder and lightning. I'm feeling content.

                            Hello and good morning! It's 5:55 a.m. pacific, Tuesday 8/3/21 as I start typing this out.

                            2nd day of getting up when my alarm goes off and NOT snoozing it several times.
                            🌟

                            I am stoked that there are 2 more days to go before I've completed 120 consecutive days of purposeful activity! I've been thinking about the next 30 days and which 30 day program I want to do next. Still haven't decided but I am thinking on it so I'm ready to just do!

                            I've gone a little nutty and this Saturday I'll be taking a 10 hr workshop to get certified to teach Zumba! I opted to do the one to teach Basic 1 and Gold so I can focus on adpations for beginners starting their journey as well as the 50+ crowd or those that need a lower intensity than the norm thats out in my community. I'll also be studying to be a Group Fitness Instructor.

                            I know I have my own health issues and goals. There are others out there like me who need to simply just move vs high intensity... i think helping them will also help me to stick to this. It's nutty, but I've felt this need for a long time. It'll always be in my mind as a what if, like it has been for the past 6-7 years, of I don't act upon this. At least I'll know regardless of if the results are good, bad, or indifferent. At least I've made the effort, right?

                            Time to go live this day!

                                I am looking forward to this additional Zumba journey! I hope I don't 'Die' saturday! It'll be worth whatever the pain and struggle.

                                As for today, woke up feeling horrid so I waited until tonight to complete Day 29!

                                ....i really wanted to only stretch and do the TEN program for today, but I just couldn't NOT do the rest of my personal challenge. So happy I did. Don't regret it not one bit! Glad I did it all and tomorrow is day 30 aka 120 days!
