    Congrats on all the progress, specifically the push up progress. I get how you feel (same thing here sometimes) but give your self credit where it is due. You are doing great!

    30 days of Modern Hero is postponed because we're celebrating 3 birthdays and 1 person leaving this week. Despite this my eating has been pretty ok minus all the snacks.
    I've started the knee push-ups challenge because I can finally do knee push-ups! By the last set my form isn't that great but this challenge will force me to progress even more, so yaaay for that. I'm thinking about the post from last year when I decided to start working on my arms and I have to say that I can see the difference in the way that my arms are built now. (:
    Also, I'm really glad I can see at least something positive about myself because my mood has just been down lately and I tend to hate myself in these moments. I know some of you know what I'm talking about. Don't worry, I still kind of hate myself but also not as much as I used to - or maybe not as completely as I used to, it's hard to explain. So, yeah, it is what it is, working out consistently really is one of the things that help. I'll be alright, I guess. (:
