    Someone literally destroyed the hook from which the punching bag was hanging, and my fun doing combat workouts came mostly from having something to punch. I've completed my cycle for Office boxer this week just by shadow boxing and this completes week 6 of my Fighter training plan. I'll switch over to the Guardian.

    Other than that, I've been feeling a bit down the past week but bounced back so now I'm fine. I've started feeling stuck in my career and I genuinely have a feeling that I can do better. I've decided to update my CV and search for something better. It's a weird feeling because when I look at myself from 5-10 years ago, I can see that I've come so far - I have a pretty stable contractor job in my field of work and I do feel proud of how far I've come (I've had a little bit of a rough life). I've spoken with my friend from university the other day and I've also gained a little bit of perspective on my situation. I'm basically making 3x his salary but on the other hand, I have sacrificed a big aspect of my freedom and mental health to have this. Still, I think I can grow and do better, so here we go. I still don't exactly know where to move but I do have a few ideas. This week's challenge is to do a breakdown of my further steps and start taking them. And, most importantly, if I can't find anything else soon, I still have this stupid job which is alright. I'm really grateful for even having an opportunity to be able to set a certain standard for myself.
