    I had to climb up (twice!) behind a giant video wall and do some work on that. Judging by the amount of sweat my body produced, I'll definitely be counting this as training.

    Gandhalfit - Thanks! It's alright so far, sometimes it's hard to match the foods on the plate because I'm a little bit picky. But it's alright. There are of course days, when I see everyone eating pancakes and I just want to die. (:

    Nothing else, I did a lot of filming today (the camera + the tripod is a pretty heavy thing to move around all the time), and I'll be doing some inventory later, so manual labor day I guess. (:

    Dumbbell Workout A (2/8). I did it a day earlier because I'll have a busy day tomorrow. Taking a 2-day rest from lifting and will continue on Tuesday.

    Silver Lvl 1 - moving on to Lvl 2.
    Seated Yoga.

    I've decided that I want to do better in my professional life (even though I have a stable job setup). So I'm re-starting work-related posts. Basically, I want to challenge myself to do any additional writing, filming, photography, etc. anything that will make me better. Starting a topic-related course or any additional learning also counts. I've been procrastinating with a writing project, so this is what I'll start with. Project work: day 1 - scriptwriting.
