Did 4.42 km as part of From Walking to Running challenge - my longest walk/run so far! In the morning I went on a walk with my friend and her doggo (he was the best boi!) and we did 4.66km, to my total distance for the day is 9.08km.
Meditation:

Woke up at 8.29 am.

basecamp Honestly, I'm kind of hating it. (: I feel like I'm not energized in the morning and then I got super tired in the afternoon. I'm thinking of doing exercise first thing after I wake up - maybe it'll give me a boost.
Workout:
Had an express 1.46 km run today. Hitting those last days of the challenge.

Your internal clock may not yet be adjusted. I've started going to bed earlier and getting up by 9 (8:30 usually) and I feel like I've gotten 6 hours instead of 8. It'll take time for your body to get used to it.
Exercising could definitely help, though! If I've had enough sleep that's what I do; breakfast immediately after tends to give me enough energy to push through to the afternoon. A cup of tea and a small snack helps if I'm still tired then.

JCU Yeah, I expected to feel this way.. I guess we'll see how it feels in the long run (:
Foxi I'm getting at least 6 every day and if I feel tired, I'll take a nap in the afternoon. I can't really sleep on command so I think I'll become tired earlier the day before as I rise earlier the next day if that makes sense.

Had an active rest day. I had an hour of filming something with a gimbal and a camera set so I did "workout" at work. My biceps hurt from all the lifting, I'll need to start working on that at some point. (:

Workout:
Biked 14.44 km, in 57 minutes, elevation 121m. I can go uphill if the incline is mild to medium - there was a shorter distance with a huge incline, approx 50m distance, and I managed to get halfway up, then had to step down. This is my new goal - biking all the way to this castle (and beating this last hell incline).
I biked up behind and above the castle. (:

The Removed Austro-Hungarian Monuments - finally did one of the planned walks around my hometown. I ended up walking 11.93 km, started from home, and went home on foot.
