    JCU Thank you! I tried to make my goals doable as much as possible. So far motivation is alright, I think the secret is not being too hard on yourself.

    Today's workout:
    Ran 2.81 km, walked 2.24 km (separate occasions). All together that makes 5.05 km.

    Meditation:
    1-minute meditation challenge (13/30).

      Had a super busy day today and didn't have time/motivation to do anything. But I'm looking forward to adding the Breathe Easy workout to my completed list and I'll be hitting 30 days tomorrow, which is super exciting!

          So, today I'm hitting 30 days of consecutive days of exercise. If I haven't been able to do a longer workout, I squeezed in a quick and easy stretching workout. Today was also a weird day because my best friend was celebrating her birthday - and I had some work to do prior to the party, so even though I planned a run for today, I just did the quick the Breathe Easy workout (for the last time). I feel re-motivated, I definitely want to work on my running stamina and I still very much enjoy hiking/biking, so I'll be sticking to those activities.
          It's been an additional 15 days, which means I will be introducing a new habit into my routine. I'll start waking up earlier - I tend to be a night owl and late day sleeper and I'm just curious how and if my life will change if I try becoming a morning person. I will start waking up early and will also progress every 15 days. So for the next 15 days I'll be waking up @8.00 am, and link this with the First Thing Water Challenge. I know this sounds like a "late wake up" for most people, but I used to stay up working until 2 am. I think this will also serve me well when I do the long hiking trip because I will have to wake up early then.

                            Hiking and biking will do you good. My meds cause me to sleep for way too long, so I understand the desire to change your sleep habits. Good luck!
