I finished a couple of challenges and al levels of Baseline. Moving on to Hal Higdon's 30/30 plan. It's easy enough on my knees, I'm having fun with it. I will be increasing the time spent running throughout, listen to my body and see how it goes.
Work has been CRAZY, I'm going between being really happy to get the promotion and so jaded with what they're asking me to do, it's been an emotional rollercoaster. I basically eat, workout (if I have time), sleep and maybe, maybe socialize. It's been affecting me a little bit, but I should be getting a new hire to train in about 9 days. Looking forward to that, hoping he'll be a good worker.
Baseline was a good warm-up and rest days program, I enjoyed it.

I am not sure why organizations do this concept of a modest increase in pay mixed with a massive increase in responsibility. It mostly doesn't work out so well in the long term. Anyway, congrats all the same. Good for you for taking on extra in tough times.
