          Training
          I think I skipped a log but basically, I finished the Daily Walk and the Wall Push-ups challenge.
          I also did the Dumbbell Workout C. I'm halfway through the program.

          My phone completely broke and now I have no way to either do timed workouts (apart from those on the machine) or to look at them. And I have no way to listen to music. I don't own a tablet and I will not be going to the gym with a laptop. (: So, for now, unfortunattely, I'll have to suspend most of Darebee workouts. I'm going analogue, so I've written down my lifting workouts in a notebook. I'll continue with the Dumbbell workouts, and I'll start with these challenge tomorrow:
          De-Stress Challenge + 50 push-ups, immediately after I wake up..
          Warmup before lifting: Jogging for beginners (12 weeks).
          5k walking training plan for my days off lifting (8 weeks).

          I've already ordered a new phone but it'll take 4-6 weeks at least for it to get on board. Yay.

          Reading: Superfunctional training. Started reading a collection of poems #Human by Srečko Kosovel.
          50 days of 5-minute meditation (7/50).

              Wow, that’s a long time without a phone. I guess on board, there isn’t a ton of need, though….? Analog is at least still possible

                JCU DorothyMH - thank you for the sympathies! Well, the thing is, that I also have the alarm clock on my phone (I've found an old replacement for the clock) and because we're talking about a big ship, there is a lot of communication going on using the apps. But I'll live. It's so weird, I feel like my limb is missing. What has happened to us? (:

                I wanted to do a quick run after lifting but I didn't have time. I couldn't do it in the afternoon, work is just hell right now.
                I think punching every day also isn't going to work out. I'll try doing a combat workout every other day (and I'll include push-ups, if they're not already included). I guess I'll just memorize the workout. (:

                          Still alive & kicking, it's still pretty hectic around here.

                          I have to do 2 more weeks of the Dumbbell Workout Routine. Every other day I do 50 body rows and combat training + at least 50 push-ups (I've really built up my strength, not quite there yet). I'm done with Combat Light.
                          Still waiting for my phone to arrive.
                          Still eating healthy.
                          Meditation is on and off... Sometimes I forget.
                          Still reading every day.
