      Alright, long time no see. Here's the update, some more personal stuff has happened and my mental health declined a bit, so I took time away from everything. Then I went on this amazing hiking trip with my sister, here are some pics. We climbed to the top of the highest mountain in Kamnik-Savinja Alps, Grintovec, altitude: 2558m. The trail elevation was a little more than 1650m and we went up and down on the same day. (:




      Anyway, here's where I stand now: since I got and struggled with some depression prior to my trip, I literally stopped doing everything. No training, no healthy eating, no working, just having a textbook episode of depression. I got out, the trip helped a lot. Now I'm back and re-evaluating my goals and plans. I'm scheduled to attend a 5k run (with my sis, again) and we've already applied and paid the application fee. The run is on 4th of September. So I started with a 3 Week 5K Training plan (day 1 done today, I ran/walked 3.66 km). This will be my sole focus for now. I'm continuing with my meditation challenge as well, I finished day 30 today and I'll re-start with Modern Hero meal plan tomorrow. I'll be adjusting it a little bit because I discovered that I function best if I eat 3 medium-sized meals + 2 small snacks throughout the day. I'll be eating 1 fish-based meal once a week and I'll have a cheat meal every 10 days. Re-starting small and I'll add more stuff down the road.
      I think I'll also start tracking my work progress here. I'm currently working on a pitch for a corporate video and I'm having the pitch later this week.
      Also, I'm taking another trip, this time with a long-time friend, starting tomorrow. I've planned one hike and I'll be just vibing and exploring while trying to focus on my running. The weather prediction isn't looking very well but I'll have my raincoat with me.
      I'll start posting more regularly when I get back but until then you can be sure that I'll be training, meditating, working, and eating healthy. See you in a couple of days. Wish me luck with the pitch. (:
