    7/27/21
    Workout:
    Core Control (30/30). DONE! Starting with Easy Abs Challenge tomorrow.
    Touch Your Toes Challenge (23/30).
    Posture Challenge (17/30).
    Went for a run, combined days 17 &19 from 8 weeks to 5k, and walked/ran 4.69 km. Pretty satisfied with this, it'll be my victory of the day.

    Push-Ups
    Wall Push Up Challenge (17/30). Went even lower with the incline. Total: 80.

    Meditation
    50 days of 5-minute meditation (25/50). Halfway done!

    Woke up @10.30 am. Fell asleep @2 am. Still struggling with the biorhythm.

    I'll have a mini hiking trip for the next 3 days. Hopefully, I'll take some nice photos. I need a retreat, haven't been feeling great lately but I think fresh air and nature will do me good. I'll post some pics. (:

    NancyTree - Thank you! I'm really starting to appreciate these little self-care challenges. It's nice to have friends & family that take care of you. But it's also nice to have some self-sufficiency in this area as well.

    Had a friend dropping by, we indulged in sushi and then I went to the cinema and had a bucket of popcorn that I shared with my sis. I guess I really was excited to go to the movies.

    Modern Hero Mealplan (2/90). So far so good, I instantly feel better when I start eating healthy.
    Counting Victories Challenge (6/30). Did 2 additional workouts even though I really wasn't feeling it. I want to finish my plan with these workouts ASAP because I'm planning on starting another challenge or a program.

    I guess I'll try to be back with my regular posts. I've continued to work out ever since I got at least a bit better. Here's where I'm at:

    Workout:
    8 weeks to 5k (13/56) - walk/ran 2.26 km.
    Core Control (24/30).
    Touch Your Toes Challenge (17/30).
    Posture Challenge (11/30).
    Walked with a friend - 2.62 km.
    Seated Boxer (I've been doing this for the last couple of days, and I'm done with this one) + Chair Ab Workout.

    Push-Ups
    Wall Push Up Challenge (11/30). Upgraded this to a partial incline push-up challenge instead of a full-on wall push-up challenge. I did 52 incline and 18 wall push-ups. Total count: 70.

    Meditation
    50 days of 5-minute meditation (19/50).

    Me 2.0
    Woke up @9.45 am. My biorhythm got pretty messed up and I'm slowly correcting it back.
    I've also challenged myself to stick to the Modern Hero Mealplan for 90 days (I can have 1 cheat meal every 10 days). Let's see where it takes me. Today is day 1.
    Counting Victories Challenge (5/30). Here are some victories from the past few days: pushed through Unplugged Lvl 3 (I hate this workout so much, 2 more times to go and I'm done forever), I've ended a toxic relationship (been thinking about this for a couple of weeks now, it breaks my heart but it's for the best), and today I've had a better run than yesterday.
    I'm still reading Dickinson and Kay. Read this amazing poem today, I really like Emily even though I sometimes have to re-read some songs because of some old-timey words I don't understand.

    Thank you all, truly.

    All in all, we're all doing better, a lot of family members have gone to the seaside. I'm at home, catsitting and I've become a cat auntie because my sister and her boyfriend adopted a little cat. All in all, I'm doing alright, I'm re-evaluating some life priorities and stuff. But all in a positive way, I think.
