    Core Control (18/30). I'm noticing that I can lift my legs much much higher now.
    Touch Your Toes Challenge (11/30).
    Posture Challenge (5/30).
    Went biking and did 15.5 km. Then I did Combat Light. And then I went for a walk with a friend and we did 4.9 km. Back on track with that cardio thing I had going for me. (:

    A Salad a Day (30/30)- DONE! I'm glad it's over, I don't feel the pressure to eat salads every day but I did notice that my eating habits improved quite a lot. I'll continue enjoying salads, maybe not quite every single day, but they'll be on the menu. (:
    Read 2 poems + finished Atomic Habits. 2nd book since I've started this thread. I think logging really helps me with building habits (and it's one of the recommendations in this book so I guess I did learn something). I think it's a pretty good book if you're stuck in life like I was, and you need some motivation. Could've been shorter, but I found some useful quotes. Here's a quote that stuck with me today:
    "The more you let a single belief define you, the less capable you are of adapting when life challenges you."

    CaptainCanuck - hahaha well, yes, our Eastern European friends have similar cultural traditions. I'm glad you made it out alive! My cousin came down with the flu today, so... (not Covid, he's vaccinated and he got tested - most of us at the event were vaccinated)

    Touch Your Toes Challenge (7/30).
    Posture Challenge (1/30).

    Push-Ups
    Wall Push Up Challenge (1/30) + did some additional wall push-ups, to see where I'm at. Total count: 85. I'll continue with the wall push-up challenge and I'll add in incline push-ups. And no, I can't do knee push-ups yet, I tried just now (and failed). It's really important to me that I do all my exercises with the correct form so I'll take it slow, like everything so far.
    Started with Posture Challenge to do something for my upper back as well. Also did 50 wall pull-ups inspired by Hybrid Calisthenics. Going for 3 x 50 and then I'll move on to Australian pull-ups. Tried the chair pull-ups but my chairs are too low or I don't have 2 surfaces with the same higher height. I found 3 low bars for Australian pull-ups in the park next to my apartment, so I guess I'll be going there when I'm ready. I'll also do some dumbbell rows and so.

    My friend and I checked the weather and it looks like we might have to postpone our trip because there are some heavy storms approaching the area we want to visit. There's not really much else to do there but extensively enjoy nature but if it's stormy, there's no point in going and sitting in an apartment for 4 days. :/ I'll be checking the weather report tomorrow and on Saturday morning and decide then. Super bummed out about this but what can you do.
