Upperbody Light Challenge (27 & 28/30) - I'm rushing to finish this challenge because my friend challenged me to do at least 50 push-ups/day from July 1st until December 31st. Since I can't do push-ups, I'll start with wall push-ups and work my way up from there. Push-ups that we do as part of any workout routines count. I guess can combine this with Darebee's Wall Push-up challenge and see where this journey takes me. And yes, I'm already thinking about pull exercises so that I don't develop muscular imbalances. (:

Nebulus - I already do a lot of hiking, running, biking & walking, so I think I have it covered for now. I took it a bit easier because of the vaccine and life stuff, but I'm heading into the mountains to do some more serious hikes on Saturday, so my legs - and at some points, my upper body - will need to prove their worth (or I'll cut them off, these insufferable spoiled brats!). (: When the weather gets a bit colder & wetter and I'll spend more time indoors, I'll add some strength challenges. Thanks!

As I mentioned, I'll be heading out to the mountains on Saturday. This Friday, my auntie is celebrating her 60th birthday, so I'll do my exercises in the morning. I'll already be packed and start the car early in the morning on Saturday. Where I'm heading there's no internet, so I won't be as active here. So I'm trying to cram all my work into today and tomorrow, hence I'm not doing that many exercises. I'll try conquering at least one 2000+m peak, aiming for two, but we'll see. (:
