    Weighed myself today, I'm down 1.2 kg since May and 5.6kg since December when I came back home and had my epiphany about changing my lifestyle. I really like this slow and steady progress, super happy to see results.
    That is fantastic.

    That photo is wonderful. It had to be spetacular to be there.

                Congrats on the weight loss! I found it satisfying to create a plot and see that number going down when I was working on weight loss!

                    Congrats on the weight loss. I've been losing about one pound (about half a kilogram) per month for the last two years, slow and steady is working for me too.
