Lovely pictures - at times I get soft seeing all this beauty of our planet!
I do not know if I can express myself intelligibly but I like these pictures from so many Bees much more than all these many pictures one encounters in the internet, in magazines, papers etc. in our times. The pictures I see here are real in a way and have some meaning for the people who post them and that makes them different.

Upperbody Challenge (4/30).
Did the Neck workout, I'm done with this one (5x) and I'll be moving on. I received my first dose of the vaccine today, so I've decided to take it easy this weekend and see how I feel.

Me 2.0
Woke up @8.30 - The first time I'm crossing the 15 consecutive days of waking up earlier since I've attempted this change in my life. (:
A Salad a Day (3/30) - I'll slowly be cleaning up my diet as well and I think this challenge is a great place to start. I used to track calories and then I kind of stopped, but I think I'll re-start this on Monday. I think I'll be posting weekly calories spent/eaten on Mondays for the prior week.
Workout:
Easy Core Challenge (22/30).
Upperbody Light Challenge (7/30).
Went for a walk with my sister, we did 8.82 km.
I also bought new trail/mixed terrain running shoes because the old ones have a huge hole in them, so into the trashcan with those! I'm waiting for the pair to arrive and until then I think I'll stick to road running with the other pair of shoes, which is for, well... the road. (: I don't like trail running with them because they don't have such a strong grip, but they are pretty soft and they stabilize my feet well. I'm hoping to extend their lifespan a bit by alternating between road and trail running so that the foam has time to recover.

Hiking, did 8.96 km. I probably had one of the worst experiences hiking today. Got super lost in the beginning, followed up an unmarked path (those were the original instructions), and because the path was full of fallen leaves, it was a bit slippery. It was narrow, super steep and if you fall off the path it's basically over. So I reached a point where I could no longer go further because I had such anxiety. My legs literally didn't want to move. I slowly, slowly, climbed down, scared and frustrated, went back to my car, drove around and found another, much much nicer path. What's worse is that the path was covered with nettles and I was wearing shorts. Usually I wear long leggings below my shorts just to protect my legs but today was so hot and I was told that this was supposed to be an EASY unmarked trail. The other one that I found was easy but the first one was a climb of doom. And then my speedometer in the car died. This stupid story better be f*** worth it. It'll be a funny story in time but today I was just so frustrated. Meditation
