    It wasn't my best day yesterday but I've decided to at least do something extra light to keep the streak going. I've also been generally sticking to my new workout plan for a month now and I'm going for month 2 starting today.

    Back on track. (: I'll write something positive: I really felt the power of friendship this week. I'm always lucky to find great people everywhere I go, which gives me hope. A couple of friends really stepped up their friendship game (not just when it comes to me but for the whole group that I hang out with) and that's something worth appreciating.
    Incline push-ups are getting really easy for me but knee push-ups are still hard. I'm struggling to find a lower suitable surface to do my incline push-ups while training. Unfortunately, you can't just train anywhere on a ship because of protocol so my space is limited.

    I was basically up for a couple of days in a row until 5-6 am so my biorhythm is, well... screwed.
