    Introduction:
    I first heard of this site through 9gag back when it was called neilaray. I was a senior in HS and used the abs of steel workout to get in shape for the army fitness test at the military school I had just gotten accepted into. I'm using this resource now because after college it has been a lot harder than I expected to stay fit and exercise regularly through 16 hour shifts and night shift. Eating is another story.
    Basically: I'm trying to get the cumulative benefits of micro-workouts and creating a routine of mini workouts at work

            Off work so I was able to do full workout of Push&Pull express
            I plan to try regular push and pull tomorrow. My younger brother was working on burpees so I did some with him then ending with simple shadow boxing and some stretching

                  The front lever prep workout was unbelievable. It exposed how much stronger I could make my abs. I plan to work on that everyday I am not at work.

                        I donated blood and I needed to rest after that and whenever I rest in the middle of a roll I tend to fall off my roll but I'm back
