Start with what is most congenial to you, maybe even try a few.
Darebee's programs are made to do something every day but many take days off and that's fine.
The most important thing is to create the habit of training consistently.
And welcome

Welcome! As Fremen said, consistency is key! It's entirely up to you, but I would suggest doing something every day. It doesn't have to be a lot, but just occupy the exercise slot every day. For me, that worked for habit-forming. But if you choose to do five days, that's absolutely fine and you'll see progress if you stick with it. Have you decided on what you're going to start with?

This is a great question! Much like CarbonaraTamara, I've found that just doing SOMETHING everyday is the key for me. For the most part I tend to pick a program and follow it, but if it becomes obvious it's far too tough then I leave it and start a new one.
Basically it's just about whatever works for you, and what you feel comfortable doing, but I'd recommend trying a lighter ab or yoga workout, or the daily dare, on "off days"
Aaaand welcome aboard!

I would do however much you can stick to! Some people find that rest days are helpful to prevent burnout, while others (like myself) find working out everyday keeps the habit going!
I personally train every day and only take "rest" days about twice a month, but even then I try to work out for 30 minutes (instead of my usual 120+ minutes per day).
But while my thing is more "light training" days rather than "rest" days, it really all comes down to you! A workout routine is as unique as the person doing it, imo! What works for me could be totally wrong for you and vice-versa!
Just experiment and remember to have fun!
