      Ok. There has been a small issue around here, which ended up in a looong break in my logging. I feel like going through everything would be a loss of time, so here is a quick recap

      MAY 2nd - MAY 20th

      Daily workouts streak: 88 days
      ATHENA'S PLAYBOOK - COMPLETE
      NEW PROGRAM - THE GAUNTLET
      I've also reached out to a nutritionist, let's see what I can achieve with him. I need to reprint a logbook for my workouts, as I did some WODs and DDs, but I didn't write them down

      ------ LONG TERM GOALS -----
      30 days of workouts streak
      60 days of workouts streak
      100 days of workouts streak

      Run 1km

      Loose 5kg of fat

      7 days of daily book reading [longest streak: 3]

      No phone (texts, social media etc.) before 10AM [streak = 3]

      Bone marrow transplant had to be delayed - turns out I have a remnant infection that needs to cure... Good luck to all of us who have exams - we can do this!

          That no phone before 10 am sounds very useful! One reason I sometimes lack sleep is that when I wake up, I immediately check the time and then the notifications and then there's just no way to fall asleep again... I committed to a similar challenge and now I get much more rest.

            Day 2 of following my nutritionist plan - feels good for now!

            However, I really need to start logging again... For now, I just log in the DD thread, but more would be needed.

                  95 kg (- 2kg) Yes, I went back to 97 in two weeks, thank you dear thyroid... But crap's solved now, moving on.

                  Journal entry:
                  One week since new meal plan, a bit over a week of running. Feeling surprisingly good o.O I would like now to systematize my workout plan - WODs are nice, but they feel a bit chaotic. I need to look into Gauntlet's split, see how can I make it work with the walking to running challenge. To make it harder, I'll have a lot of traveling back and forth in the upcoming weeks, +exams. Organising this will be... Fun.
